Eris Lifesciences Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 6.01

The Board of Directors of Eris Lifesciences Ltd, in their meeting held today, i.e., July 29, 2021 have approved the declaration of interim dividend of Rs. 6.01 (at the rate of 601%) on each fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1/- for the Financial Year 2021-2022.

The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend has been fixed as August 6, 2021. The payment of interim dividend would be made to the eligible shareholders on or before August 28, 2021.

Shares of Eris Lifesciences Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 771.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 743.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45747 in over 4795 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 775 and intraday low of 731.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34741148.
