SRF Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of SRF Ltd at its meeting held on 28th July, 2021 has declared interim dividend @ 120% i.e. Rs. 12 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, the 06th August, 2021.

The date of payment of interim dividend will be Wednesday, the 25th August, 2021.

Shares of SRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7721.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7661.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33999 in over 7477 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8105.45 and intraday low of 7574.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 266801831.
