Ficom Organics to consider merger with Coromandel Fertilisers

Ficom Organics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2006 to consider the proposal of the merger of the Company and M/s. Rasilah Investments Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary Company) with Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd by way of a Scheme of Arrangement.
