Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Ltd board approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 21st July, 2021 has approved issue of equity share by way of Preferential issue (Private Placement) subject to the approval of shareholders and stock exchange.

The board also decided to obtain shareholders' approval by way of postal ballot for issue equity shares under private placement method. For that purpose, cutoff date for determining eligible shareholders of the company is fixed on Friday, 30th July, 2021.

Shares of Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37315 in over 116 trades.
