Premier Explosives Ltd enters into agreement with Thorimba Global Ltd

Premier Explosives Limited has entered into an agreement for Transfer of Technology with Thorimba Global Ltd., a foreign company, for utilising the unique technology developed by them in the manufacture of Ammunition.

Shares of PREMIER EXPLOSIVES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.215 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 211.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1182 in over 93 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 219.75 and intraday low of 207.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 253412.
