Sangam Renewables Limited is now Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited

Ministry of Corporate Affairs through Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra has confirmed the change of name from 'Sangam Renewables Limited' to 'Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited', vide fresh certificate of incorporation on July 19, 2021.

Shares of Sangam Renewables Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.155.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 163.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32550 in over 345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 165 and intraday low of 155.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5130430.
