Reliance Infrastructure Ltd allots 8.88 crore warrants to promoter group and VFSI Holdings Pte Ltd

Consequent to approval from members, through Postal Ballot, Reliance Infrastructure Limited (Reliance Infra) has today allotted 8.88 crore warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company to Risee Infinity Private Limited, a promoter group company and VFSI Holdings Pte. Limited, an affiliate of Varde Investment Partners, LP.

Post allotment, the holding of promoter group in Reliance Infra would increase to 22.06% upon full conversion of warrants.

Shares of RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.78.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 162723 in over 1491 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 81.9 and intraday low of 77.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12897637.
