I S T enters into Supplemental Agreement with Unitech for developing IT SEZ

I S T Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into Supplemental Agreement with Unitech Ltd., for development of Software/IT Park on 28.419 acres instead of 13.35 acres. Further. the Company and Unitech are, now, desirous of setting up an IT Special Economic Zone on the entire Land admeasuring 28.419 acres for which 'in principle' approval has already been obtained from Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
