Apis India Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 4 on preference shares

The Board of Directors of Apis India Ltd at their meeting held on July 10, 2021, have considered and approved a Final dividend of Rupee 4 per share (i.e., 4% on Rs. 100/- fully paid-up preference share) for the Financial Year 2020-21, which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at its ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatch to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
