The Board of Directors of A-1 Acid Ltd at its meeting held on July 09, 2021, has approved the recommendation of issuance of fully paid up Bonus Share in the ratio of 3:20 i.e., 3 (Three) Equity Share for every existing 20 (Twenty) fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
