TCS Board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7 for Q1FY22

The Board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) at its meeting held today, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 7 per Equity Share of Re. 1 each of the Company.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid on Thursday, August 5, 2021 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, July 16, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3257.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3275.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 98504 in over 10981 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3296.95 and intraday low of 3232.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 321649618.
