Megasoft Limited fixes July 7, 2021 as record date for rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of Megasoft Limited in its meeting held today i.e. July 7, 2021 has approved the rights issue schedule.

The record date is fixed as July 13,2O21.

The issue opening date is July 21, 2021 and issue closing date is August 4, 2021.

Shares of MEGASOFT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.14.97 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156133 in over 200 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.97 and intraday low of 14.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2333453.
