Shiva Cement Ltd to avail term loan of Rs. 1066 crores for project expansion

The Board of Directors of Shiva Cement Ltd at their meeting held today have approved the proposal for availing of rupee term loan aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs.1066,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand and Sixty-Six Crores only) from banks, non-banking financial companies and/or other financial institutions for the purposes of project expansion.

Shares of SHIVA CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2341022 in over 4955 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.45 and intraday low of 36.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 90571259.
