Sanco Trans Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Sanco Trans Ltd, at its meeting held on 30.06.2021, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share to the shareholders for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
