Ratings of Bajaj Electricals Limited reaffirmed by ICRA

Based on a review of the latest developments and after due consideration, the Rating Committee of ICRA Limited ("ICRA") has reaffirmed:

- the long-term rating for Rs.4,242.50 crore bank facilities [reduced from Rs 4,742.50 crore] ("Bank Facilities") of the Company at [ICRA]A (pronounced ICRA A) with stable outlook and short-term rating for the said Bank Facilities at [ICRA]A1 (pronounced ICRA A one);

- the long-term rating for Rs.150 crore Non-Convertible Debenture ("NCD") programme of the Company at [ICRA]A (pronounced ICRA A) with stable outlook; and

- the credit rating assigned for Rs.35 crore NCD programme and Rs.15 crore proposed NCD programme of the Company at [ICRA]A (pronounced ICRA A) with stable outlook.

Shares of BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1050 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1044.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21760 in over 2473 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1065 and intraday low of 1025.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22918247.
