Swan Energy Ltd Board Recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Swan Energy Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, have recommended payment of Dividend @ 10% on Equity share of Rs. 1/- each, (Rs. 0.10 per share) for F.Y. 2020-21.
