Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, 30th June, 2021 has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10 (i.e. 1.00%) per equity share, face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2020-21 and the same is subject to approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting. Also, Board authorized executive directors to open Bank Account for Dividend Disbursement Purpose.
