Indo Thai Securities Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Indo Thai Securities Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, has considered and recommended, subject to the approval of Shareholders a dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021, @ 10% (i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Share) on the face value of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share.

Further, the aforesaid dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021 @ 10% (i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Share) on the face value of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share as recommended by Board of Directors of the Company is subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid on or after the date of the said Annual General Meeting.
