Elcid Investments Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Elcid Investments Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, 30th June 2021, has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs.15 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended 31st March 2021, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing general meeting of the company.
