The name of the Company has been changed from 'Orient Refractories Limited' to 'RHI Magnesita India Limited' w.e.f. 2 July 2021, pursuant to which a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
