Actress Hema Malini steps down from board of Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd

Pritish Nandy Communications has announced that famous actor, classical dancer, noted parliamentarian and recipient of the Padma Shri, Hema Malini who has been an independent director on the board of PNC for almost 15 years has stepped down. During the pandemic, she had requested that she be relieved in view of increased work load and responsibilities in her constituency. On June 30, 2021 when the Board met, her request was met and her advice and contribution over the years was acknowledged with gratitude.

Shares of PRITISH NANDY COMMUNICATIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9932 in over 99 trades.
