The Board of directors of Seacoast Shipping Services Ltd has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- (Fifty Paisa) per equity share of Rs 10/- each (i.e., @5%) for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval by the Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
