The Indian Wood Products Company Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of The Indian Wood Products Company Ltd at its meeting held on June 30.2021 recommended a final Dividend of Re.0.10 per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (5%) for the Financial Year 2020-21 to the shareholders for approval at the ensuing AGM. The dividend, if approved by the shareholder at the AGM, will be paid to eligible shareholders within the stipulated time.
