BNK Capital Markets Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of BNK Capital Markets Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for the financial year March 31, 2021. The said dividend would be paid to the shareholders as on the Record date/Book closure to be announced in due course. The said dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
