HDFC sells 23,57,297 shares of Ansal Housing Ltd

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced the invocation of pledge on 50,00,000 shares (in aggregate) of Ansal Housing Limited (Ansal) aggregating 8.42% of its paid-up share capital by the Corporation, for recovery of part outstanding dues against loans availed by pledgers/borrowers.

Out of the above, the Corporation has in aggregate sold 23,57,297 shares representing 3.97% of the paid-up share capital of Ansal, including 15,02,820 shares representing 2.53% of the paid-up share capital of Ansal which were sold on June 30, 2021.

Shares of Ansal Housing Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.7.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 199608 in over 302 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.45 and intraday low of 7.89. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1660970.
