Artson Engineering Limited to convert payables to interest free long-term loan

The Board of Directors of Artson Engineering Limited at their meeting held on Tuesday, 29th June 2021, 2015, have approved conversion Rs. 10 Crores payables to the Holding Company into interest free long-term loan for a period up to 10 years.

Shares of ARTSON ENGINEERING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 284075 in over 1050 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 59.6 and intraday low of 55.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16719981.
