Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd has decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ 10% (Rs. 1/-) per Equity share to the Members of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2021 subject to approval of members at the 1401 Annual General meeting.
