KPT Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of KPT Industries Ltd have recommended a dividend of 10% for FY 2020-2021 i.e. Rs. 0.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs.5/- each, aggregating to Rs. 17.00 lakhs to its Shareholders, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
