Sakthi Sugars Ltd enters into OTS with Indian Overseas Bank

Sakthi Sugars Ltd has made one-time settlement (OTS) on 29th June 2021 of the loan availed from Indian Overseas Bank at Rs.28.90 crores as against the amount outstanding of Rs.50.16 crores (Principal and Interest) as at 31st March 2021.

With this OTS the Bank has agreed to withdraw its application before National Company Law Tribunal.

Shares of SAKTHI SUGARS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 178184 in over 504 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.4 and intraday low of 18.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3273764.
