Tyche Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Tyche Industries Ltd has recommended final Dividend @ 10% on the fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company i.e., Rs.1 per each fully paid equity shares subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
