Universal Cables Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Universal Cables Limited at its Meeting held on 29th June, 2021, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1/- (One) per share (i.e. 10%) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 /- each of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Seventy Sixth (76th) Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the approval of the Shareholders, subject to deduction of applicable Tax at Source as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules made thereunder.
