Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited in its meeting held today i.e. on June 29, 2021, has inter alia considered and recommended a dividend @15% i.e. Rs. 0.30/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend is in addition to interim dividend of Rs. 0.30/- per equity share already declared during the financial year 20-21. The above dividend, if declared, by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.
