VLS Finance Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of VLS Finance Ltd at its meeting has recommended a dividend @15% i.e., INR 1.50/- per equity share on the face value of INR 10/- per share, for the financial year 2020-2021, subject to approval of members in the next Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before October 30, 2021 to the members whose name stand in register of members on the date of closure of transfer books for this purpose.

Shares of VLS FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.162.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 158.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40801 in over 1113 trades.
