Cravatex Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have recommended a dividend of Rs.0.40 per share (4%) each on Non-convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (Unlisted) of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, for approval of the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The board also recommended a dividend of Rs.3.00 per share (30%) on Equity Shares (Listed) of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, for approval of the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of CRAVATEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.288.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 301.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 536 in over 31 trades.
