KRBL Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of KRBL Limited in its meeting held on today i.e. 29 June 2021, have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50 (350%) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each amounting to Rs. 8239 Lacs for the Financial Year 2020-21, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of KRBL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.247.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 256.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 263129 in over 3174 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 259.6 and intraday low of 246.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 67378674.
