Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Ltd have at their meeting held today i.e. 29th June, 2021, has recommended Dividend of 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
