Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.44

The Board of Directors of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 29th June, 2021 have considered and recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.44 per share (i.e. 4.40 % on the paid-up equity share capital) for the financial year 2020-21 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Final Dividend 2020-21 would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
