Evans Electric Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Evans Electric Ltd at its meeting held on June 28, 2021, have decided to recommend final dividend of 12% equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the members in the 70th AGM of the Company.
