Cospower Engineering Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Cospower Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on June 28, 2021, have recommended the Dividend of Re. 1.00 /- i.e 10% of fully paid-up equity share of Rs.10 /- each for the financial year 2020-21 on all equity shares subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
