Tamboli Capital Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.90

The Board of Directors of Tamboli Capital Ltd at its meeting held on June 28, 2021, inter alia, have recommended payment of dividend @ Rs 0.90 per share i.e. 9% on 99,20,000 equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each for F.Y.2020-202'1, subject to the approval of members in their Annual General Meeting.
