Ceejay Finance Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Ceejay Finance Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. on Monday, 28th June, 2021, has recommended dividend @ 10% on equity shares (Rs. 1.00 {One} per share), subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
