ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on June 28, 2021, has recommends a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each, out of profits of the Company, for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Dividend if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or before October 11, 2021.
