Savita Oil Technologies Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Savita Oil Technologies Limited has approved payment of dividend @150% (i.e. Rs. 15/- on each fully paid equity share of Rs.10/-) for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
