SJVN Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of directors of SJVN Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40/- Paisa per Share of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2020-21 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.80/- per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2020-21 paid in the month of February, 2021 and will be paid within the statutory period as per the Companies Act, 2013.
