Goodricke Group Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Goodricke Group Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2021, after deliberation has recommended dividend of 30% on the Equity share capital, i.e., Rs 3.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2021.The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders shall be paid on or after September 23, 2021.
