NCL Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of NCL Industries Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2021, has recommended a further dividend of 10% (Rs. 1.00 per Share) in addition to the interim dividend aggregating to 30% already paid. With this, if approved by the shareholders the Final Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 will be 40% (Previous year 25%).
