CSL Finance Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of CSL Finance Ltd has recommended final dividend of 30% i.e., Rs. 3.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10 for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The final dividend, if approved, will be paid/ dispatched as per statutory time limit prescribed in the Law.
