Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.5

The Board of Directors of Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Limited at their meeting held on 25th June 2021, approved the payment of Final Dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 2.5/- per share on the Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

The Final Dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or after five days but before thirty days from the date of declaration by the shareholders at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

The date of AGM and Book Closure / Record Date for the purpose of the payment of final dividend will be announced in due course.

Shares of PONDY OXIDES & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.288.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 289.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11116 in over 321 trades.
