JSW Energy Ltd board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of JSW Energy Ltd at its meeting held on June 25, 2021, has recommended declaration of dividend of Rs. 2 per Equity Share of Rs.10 (20%), by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming 27th Annual General Meeting.
