Haldyn Glass Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.60

The board of directors of Haldyn Glass Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended dividend of Re.0.60/- (i.e. 60%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the members at the 30 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Haldyn Glass Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.41.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49857 in over 231 trades.
